    BEA BA will release their third cd ’SKULL SHINING’ in 'February 2013' Bea Ba was formed on the streets of New York. Bea, lead singer, formed the band in the spring of 2001. Combining sounds of homegrown rock New York style with Argentine National Rock. With lyrics in Spanish, English and Italian and influences as diverse as Divididos, Sumo, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelín, Placebo to Mercedes Sosa, Bea has been referred to as the PJ Harvey of Spanish Rock. In less than a year the band began touring around the USA, and have played in legendary clubs in NYC such as CBGBs, SOBs (Sounds of Brazil), Le Bar Bat, Village Underground, Acme Underground, La Kueva, Café 77, La Oveja Negra, etc… Bea paved new roads playing in Buenos Aires in the PEPSI Festival as well as in the Hard Rock Cafe Bs.As., Kimia and Mitos Argentinos, promoting both albums, “Con Las Manos Abiertas” (With Open Hands) and “Illusions”. Filming videos in Bs.As. “Un Día Más” and “Tanto Espero” in NYC. The song “Un Dia Mas” was used in a documentary film “Women on the Frontlines” which had it’s debut in the United Nations and was also seen on PBS and in the Film Festival in Argentina. In March 2009 Bea signed a publishing deal with Universal Records. SKULL SHINING their junior effort to be release 'February 2013'
